Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at Savers/Value Village, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, donors, and fellow team members. We are currently hiring for both Full Time and Part Time positions. In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our stores while supporting our mission of reusing gently-used items to benefit local communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, donation processing, and answering customer inquiries.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers and donors.
• Assist with merchandising, including the pricing and stocking of items, ensuring they are displayed appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and uphold safety standards.
• Participate in store promotions and assist with store events as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers and team members.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• $17.51 = Bed & Bath, Books, CDC Ambassador, FOLI, Jewelry, Recycler, Shoes
• $17.92 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler
