The Clients are always the top priority for designers working in a store. They strive to provide prompt and courteous service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Interior Design Consultant discuss with customers their potential kitchen and/or bathroom renovations, give a tour of the store and recommend what they should purchase. They also ensure that sample stock and brochures are kept up-to-date, and special displays are appealing and safe.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Offer expedited and amiable support.
- Approach customers in the aisles to show them products.
- Provide a friendly greeting to customers by smiling and making eye contact with them as they enter the store, and offer assistance if needed.
