The three critical priorities for store designers are Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Kitchen/Bath Design Expert provide customers with fast, accurate, and helpful service for a seamless shopping experience. They communicate with customers, assessing their kitchen and/or bathroom project needs, providing tours of the store, and suggesting purchases. They also ensure sample inventories and brochures are well-stocked and appropriately organized, and that exclusive product displays and events are visually appealing and safe.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver swift and affable support.
• Be proactive in seeking out potential customers in the store aisles.
• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, and establish eye contact to demonstrate your attentiveness and willingness to assist them.
• How do you plan to measure the success of this project once it's completed?.
• Show passion when interacting with clients and handle multiple customers seamlessly when called upon to do so.
• Convey your appreciation to customers for choosing The Home Depot as their go-to destination for their shopping needs.
• Familiarize yourself with the plethora of items and amenities provided by The Home Depot.
• Catering to your customers expertise levels when explaining merchandise involves 4 main steps: identifying the customers knowledge, modifying the language used, adjusting the pace of the conversation and using relatable examples to help them understand the product.
• Another benefit of merchandise is its ability to cater to specific needs. For example, a product such as a baby carrier can provide mobility for parents while also giving their child a secure, comfortable seat. This can be a huge benefit for busy parents.
• Accurate tracking and documentation of project progress and any issues or changes that arise are necessary for project success. This allows for timely intervention and corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Help shoppers with personalized specifications and skilled installations.
• Conduct measurements for kitchens and/or bathrooms and engage with customers to analyze room plans and suggest products for purchase.
• Ensuring that the special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing atmosphere is crucial.
• Ensure that the availability of samples and brochures never runs low and replenish as needed.

Nature and Scope:

• Working in a warehouse means exposure to dust and noise on a regular basis.
• Temporary floor cracks can be witnessed due to the travel of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, inside the store.
• Doors that are frequently left open can cause sudden drafts and irregular variations in indoor temperature.
• Wet weather can turn the floors around the work area into a safety hazard.
• The duties may involve the handling of products and the utilization of sharp implements.
• Toxic gas emissions are emitted from operating forklifts.
• There's a chance that unsafe materials might be present in the tools, equipment, and related items.

Environmental Job Requirements:

• Environment: It is customary to have a comfortable environment, although occasional exposure to elements that can result in some physical discomfort may happen. Such elements may include dust, fumes, or odors.
• Travel: Overnight travel is a rare occurrence in this field and is usually no more than 10% of the time.
