Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate at Savers/Value Village, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. We offer both Full Time and Part Time positions. Your contributions will help drive the success of our stores, all while supporting our mission to inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent customer experience by assisting with the processing of donations, stocking shelves, and managing product displays.
• Participate in the sorting, pricing, and organization of merchandise for the store.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Assist with inventory management and provide excellent customer service when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team and company culture.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• $16.96 = Clothing Sorter/Hanger, Hardware Sorter
• $17.21 = Bed & Bath, Books, CDC Ambassador, Furniture, Jewelry, Recycler, Shoes
• $17.61 = Clothing Grader, Hardware Pricer, Material Handler
