Store Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing store team to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. Accountable for executing company strategies across recruiting, training, customer service, visual merchandising, and operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates
• Execute operational plans to drive key performance indicators and profitability
• Enhance brand loyalty through authentic customer engagement
• Serve as liaison between customers, team members, and company leadership
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand directives are consistently followed
• Provide clear, consistent communication and lead by example on the sales floor
• Train team members on product knowledge and customer experience best practices

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, omni-channel retail setting
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
