Rental Readiness Specialist

Job Summary

The Tesla Rental Program is looking for a Rental Readiness Specialist to work with one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. As a key contributor to the Tesla experience, you will coordinate the receipt of incoming new and used vehicle inventory. This position includes fleet/lot management, vehicle movement, vehicle readiness, rental invoicing, and customer handoff. Candidates should possess a high level of accountability and take personal satisfaction in performing excellent work.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inventory movement, charging, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with registration and logistics teams for plating and paperwork verification.
• Conduct vehicle readiness inspections and report vehicle concerns.
• Communicate with customers to schedule rental pickups and drop-offs, and address issues while vehicles are on rent.
• Prepare documents for customer arrivals and conduct vehicle handoffs.
• Generate and process insurance company or customer invoices and receipt of payment.
• Detail and/or light service advisory experience preferred.

Requirements

• Proven track record of a great work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred.
