Assistant Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the in-store customer experience in the absence of the Store Manager. The role includes overseeing store operations, employee training, visual merchandising, and asset protection. The individual will coach and motivate the team to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and ensure operational excellence while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the team to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through deep product knowledge and team collaboration
• Deliver on customer experience, merchandising, visual standards, and operational expectations
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
• Stay informed on product knowledge, trends, and new arrivals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented store environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales role with demonstrated leadership skills
• Comfortable and confident engaging customers to deliver a high-quality experience
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about achieving goals through team and customer interaction
• Adaptable and responsive to change in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and basic financial analysis skills
• High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
